GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GLOBO HANDELS GMBH

1. Scope of application
The following T&Cs apply for all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is made with Globo Handels GmbH. Our offer is directed exclusively to purchasers who are at least 18 years of age. By making the products available in the online shop, we are making a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract for these items. You may place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and can correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by making use of the correction aids provided and explained in the context of the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer concerning the goods contained in the basket by clicking the order button. Promptly after sending your order, you will receive a confirmation once again via email.
3. Contract language, storage of the contract text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English. We save the contract text and send you the order information and our T&Cs by email. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.
4. Terms of delivery
Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. Details concerning the amount of the shipping costs can be seen in the offers. We only deliver by dispatch. Collection by the customer is unfortunately not possible. We do not deliver to packstations.
The following types of payment are available to you in our shop:
You send us your credit card information along with the order placement. After your legitimization as the legal cardholder and immediately after order placement, we request your credit card institution to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out by the credit card institution automatically and your card is charged.
During the order process, you are taken to the web page of the online provider, PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice balance via PayPal, you must already be registered there or must first register, use your access information for legitimization and confirm the payment order to us. After placement of the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately thereafter. Additional information is provided for you during the order placement process.
SOFORT Überweisung electronic transfer
After placement of the order, you are taken to the web page of the online provider, SOFORT Überweisung. In order to be able to pay the invoice balance viaSOFORT Überweisung, you must have an online banking account enabled for participation in SOFORT Überweisung using the PIN/TAN method, use your access information for legitimization and confirm the payment order to us. Additional information is provided for you during the order placement process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately afterwards by SOFORT Überweisung and your account is charged.
In the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon, before completing the order process in our online shop. In order to complete the order process and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or register first and legitimise yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after placing the order, we will request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
6. Right of cancellation

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please lodge your complaint for such damage immediately with the deliverer if at all possible and please also contact us promptly. Failure to lodge a complaint or initiate contact has no consequences for your legal rights and their enforcement, particularly concerning your warranty rights. However, by doing so you help us in the enforcement of our own claims against the carrier or the transportation insurer.
9. Warranty and guarantees
The legal warranty rights shall apply. Information on any additional guarantees which may exist and their exact conditions can be found on the product and on special informational pages in the online shop. 10. Dispute resolution
