You may return goods to us within 14 days. You can find details on this under Right of cancellation. To return undesired items, please use our Return option in your customer account. Shortly after your return request, you will receive an email from us with a return shipping label. You can use this label to dispatch the return shipment using DPD. To do so, place the label visibly on the package that you want to send from the nearest DPD shop. We will be happy to pay the shipping costs for you. These returns should include all parts and be in the original packaging. Spare parts are excluded from this right
